"The room had a broken glass sliding door, the bathtub floor was worn through, there was a dip in the floor from the front door to the bedroom, the office chair was badly worn, being on business this was bad, and even though I was in the second floor, ants all over the floor in the bathroom. Poolside view room was quiet and easy to sleep, comfy beds, wifi was good, room was overall clean and comfortable. Check-in staff, the fella was good, morning staff seemed very distracted. I had to ask if they needed me there any longer at the desk before I left. Virtual check out would had been better. Horrible, no. Stay again, not on business. "

"The hot was very small and there was no continental breakfast. The staff were not very kind we add an extra night to our stay and they where not very happy about it and made us feel like we were a burden to them ."

"No breakfast was offered at the hotel. It would’ve thought at least a continental breakfast would be offered for the price of the room. Excellent view from our window overlooking the falls. Doesn’t get much better than that. I guess the cleaning crew was under added as the room was only cleaned upon request. If this room didn’t have a view the rating would’ve been much worse."

"The hotel was undergoing renovations, and an ownership change. Elevators were not operational. Staff was not successful with transitioning from buffet breakfast to restaurant style breakfast. It was loud there were a lot of construction workers. And unfortunately, all the amenities that we were looking forward to when it comes to an Embassy suites we’re no longer available due to the ownership change. "

"Comfy beds but tired rooms that gave us lots of static shocks! The TV was old and wasn’t a clear a picture either but we got over that. The pool area is great if a little bland, but definitely a nice good size pool. Breakfast was ok - basic but did the job. Location was good too - nice and quiet (in March anyway) but an easy walk to eateries, the river and the Falls, arcades and amusements. "
