"Location was great, breakfast was pancakes, sausage, eggs, cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juices. Food was kept hot and stocked. Staff was great, and very accommodating. Area felt safe even for a group of ladies walking at night. Room was clean, kids enjoyed pool. Would definitely return!"

"Beds were comfortable, but the TV remote did not work. There was a used plastic cup behind one of the chairs. Otherwise a very pleasant experience."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly. Furnace whisteled when running which made it hard to sleep. Garage parking not too far away but not connected. Close to falls!"

"Breakfast selections are just okay. Hot tub and pool were very small. Rooms were great inside but the lobby and the common seating area are very less. "

"Historic hotel that kept the charm, vintage look and history with the necessary modern improvements. Loved the complimentary breakfast buffet, friendly staff, and convenient location close to the Falls. And, because of the tall structure, you can see the hotel from far away, even on the Canada side. View from my window was of the hotel next door but you can go up to the 19th floor to see an amazing view of the city and Canada."

"Very friendly staff from check-in to cleaning. Only downfall for my daughter was the pool didnt open till 11am. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again."
