"I can really say everything exceeded my expectations. Going somewhere new you always hope for the best. The staff was nice and helpful with any questions or concerns regarding the room or just seeing the sites. I definitely would stay there again with no problems. Thanks for all your hospitality😁"

"Spacious"

"We had a terrible stay here. We checked in via the kiosk and was given room 3 which ended up being on the basement level. Immediately it smelt like sewer and there was no body wash. We then changed room and the aircon didn’t work. We won’t stay here again or recommend this hotel"

"It was convenient for where we needed to be. Staff were very nice. Room was ok, just an older building."

"Avoid this hotel. Our room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep due to constant street noise throughout the night. The next morning, we asked to check out early. The hotel agreed, provided we paid for the first night, which I accepted. Despite that agreement, they charged me for the entire stay, including the nights we never used. Since then, they have ignored repeated attempts by both Expedia and me to contact them. They don't answer their phone or respond to messages. Charging a guest for a...

"Great location, great hotel"

"Perfect location very close to the bus stop and groceries. Costa cafe right next to the hotel and amazing shower"

"Generally good hotel_ they should put dressing mirrors in the rooms"

"Our room was very spacious. It was very helpful to have a little kitchen with microwave and fridge. There was also a washer available to use. Need to buy laundry detergent... There is a Salisbury very conveniently close. There is no dryer but a drying rack for your clothes. Bathroom is kind of small but it did the job. Very close proximity to Hoxton tube station and bus stop in front."

"コストパフォーマンスが優れたホテルでした この価格でロンドン中心までのアクセスを考えると良いと思います。"

"Handy place to stay. No staff present at property but all was ok. Good snacks and breakfast in kitchen."

"Arrived early to such a friendly welcome. Able to leave our bags before check in. Checked in and bags were already in the room, amazing staff and service. Room was spacious enough, very clean, snacks and drinks provided. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer in room. Television in room. Fan in the room which was a godsend in 30+° heat. Comfortable bed, slept so so well. Such a warm welcome, beautiful building and room. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend. Thank you"

"Terrible experience – avoid this property! This apartment was completely misrepresented and not at all as described on the website. To start, the kitchen was incredibly dingy and looked nothing like the pictures online. Worse yet, we found an old, half-smoked joint left on top of the fridge, which is completely foul and unacceptable when traveling with children. The location was also falsely advertised. It is much farther from the station than stated, making for an awful walk in the pouring...

"Only 2 towals. You must leave 11:00 sharp."
