"Our family of 3 stayed at the Sherwood Inn for 2 nights. It was perfect! Breakfast was delicious. It was our 3 year olds favorite meal of the day both days in Edinburgh. The room was very comfortable for the 3 of us with very high ceilings and a nice en suite. "Fabulous accommodation, but we felt it was just a little too far from the city centre. Bus are frequent into the city, although you need to walk 10-15 mins to the bus stop. If this accommodation was closer to the city , it would be perfect! "

"Easy to get to. Excellent location to meet my needs. Property was clean and spacious. Considering the times we find ourselves in we felt safe. Only thing I would say is there wasn’t a cleaning station when you entered the house as stated in instructions. However there was antibacterial wash in the bathroom and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The property was basic, but clean and comfortable. My room on the back side was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower works well, and the owner is friendly and helpful. But as there is no security plate, the door lock could be popped open without much effort."
