Our initial room on 3rd floor, was VERY cold due to the draft coming from the window, it was also very noisy and you could hear every conversation from outside on the road. Thankfully the next morning, the lady at reception moved us up to the 4th floor, this was great, no noise, no draft and nice dark room to sleep in. The staff were really friendly. It’s about 7min walk from the royal mile with lots of shops along the way.

Lovely stay!

I really enjoyed staying here for the Fringe fest! It's super close to George Square (Assembly) but still very quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable. It had two shower heads and a big bed. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Rooms could do with a little refurb but can’t really complain given the price we paid to be in Edinburgh so was really good value for money. Breakfast was spot on too.

Super friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds and good sized bathrooms. Good breakfast options. Nice and close to city centre with multiple transport options nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a lovely brief stay at KM. the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and fresh, and comfortable. The shower was amazing and loved the Arran aromatics complementary products.

Great stay

Lovely room, ideal location. Breakfast was lovley and staff are very friendly. The room was clean and in very good condition. The radiator was on when we arrived however and it was so incredibly hot! Luckily it was easy to switch off and the window and fan helped cool the room down.

Small but with everything you would need for a weekend break. 24/7 reception friendly and helpful. No lift but stairs to floors not overly steep. Breakfast buffet with hot m cold food in adjoining building was great! Rooms quiet but surrounding streets busy and noisy at times. Easy access to pubs and restaurants! Definitely recommend as not too costly

Great Edinburgh hotel

Hotel situated very close to city center and accessible by bus. Close to University of Edinburgh, very convenient to shops and restaurants. Hotel is clean and quiet and great service. Small rooms but just what most people need.
