It was my sons 13th birthday and I let them know by email (expecting maybe a card) but they left him balloons and birthday biscuits in our room, he was absolutely thrilled... "Hotel was close to the bus stop which goes from the airport. The hotel also had a shuttle bus direct from the front door of the hotel to south terminal which only cost £5. I arrived at the hotel later in the evening and check-in was quick and the staff I spoke to were polite. The room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
