"Lovely cottage in a perfect location for the town. Plenty of wonderful walks close by. Lots of places to eat, but cottage was well equipped for cooking. Very peaceful location. Cottage was very clean and comfortable."

"Pretty good although it was a little cramped downstairs for 4 to eat. But well equipped and nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay. Some little niggles, nothing major: Bannister on the stairs coming away from wall.The top bedtoom could do with some blackout curtains as the blinds let too much light through.Bulb in top shower we replaced, no more bulbs left.Remote for freesat not working.Cheers"

"The cottage is in a great location, only a 2 minute walk into the town. The hot tub was lovely and private. All rooms were clean and tidy, with enough room for 3 couples. It’s very dog friendly, and highly recommend for anyone who is looking to stay in Bakewell! "

"It was as good as it could be. Clean, tidy and a nice cottage. We just found the road noise really bad and we had an accident in our car trying to park in the driveway as it wasn't an easy parking space. The steps down from the driveway was much steeper than I envisaged. Appreciate this is something the owner can't do much about. Being an older couple we should have found something a bit quieter and on the flat."

"We had a lovely stay in the cottage. It was just right for the two of us. We were happy with every aspect of the accommodation inc its location which was convenient for the town centre.Only one thing in the description i noticed was it said a super king size bed. We have one of those and the one here is not a super king but a king size. Not a problem though.It was a great few days overall.Thank you."
