A modern studio located close to Wansbeck Metro Station,
handy to reach the town, airport or the railway station.
Aldi, Asda, pubs and restaurants are all just a little walk away

The studio is a cosy living space adjoining our home but with your own separate entrance. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen,
an en-suite with shower, television, washer/dryer, dishwasher and many more.

The driveway has enough space for your car to be parked.

Smoking is not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
