"Clean and comfortable, with the exception of the floor. The floor is dark brown wood, so you can't see how dirty it is, until you walk over it bare feet and it leaves brown marks on your feet. Just a good mop will clean it up. Otherwise we love the place, especially the hot tub."

"We had just checked out of another hotel that had such terrible smells that we were in the room less than 1 hour. Larkspur greeted us warmly and with a fresh clean smell at 9:30pm. The room was perfect for our 5 day stay. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with the necessary supplies. It was nice to have a room with a bedroom and sitting room. We felt as if we had our own apartment for the week. Thank you for a great stay! We will look for your hotels in future travels."
