The property was very clean except the top of the desk under the TV had a little bit of dried up soda or syrup on it. The staff was very helpful for check-in and check-out. Room is modern and well maintained but a few of the floorboards need refinishing and in the morning the mini fridge made some clicking noises. Free WiFi was good. Everything in the bathroom was good.

Parking and checking in and out were easy. But room wasn’t cleaned very well. There’s literally only one microwave on the property that is in the lobby and isn’t always accessible 24/7. I get the whole Covid thing and trying to save money through limited staff. But clean the rooms! Especially vacuuming and changing the sheets.

I really appreciated the staff checking in, she was very helpful. The area was decent and presentable. The room once walking was the issue for me; right when I opened the door it smelled like a bathroom, urine smell and like a portable-bathroom. We were tired and we had febreeze spray to cover it up just so we can get a night's rest and head out. The room though was decent looking, the floors were dirty as you could see black from the floor towel after getting out of the shower. We just walked in out slippers. If TV and wifi is needed, RM 218 was like a dead zone, channels were scrambled.

Every year our friends host NYE party in Fair Oaks, and we usually stay at their home overnight. This year we decided to stay at this Motel 6 because very close from Fair Oaks and we wanted to sleep quietly from the party. This hotel was quiet and we could sleep well, also coffee shops and restaurants are just across the street, super convenient. We will definitely stay there again.

This Motel 6 is by far the cleanest one I have ever stayed at. The entire motel staff was great. Do not let the location be a hinder. It appears that the motel staff keeps the property clean and free of intrusions. I plan on staying there anytime I am in Rancho Cordova.You will not find a better rate in town.

This Motel 6 has become my go to stay in Rancho Cordova. The price is good and the room is clean, bed is comfortable and most times can park near my door. Many fast food places are an easy walk for lunch or dinner.
