"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "

"- The attitude of management after our first stay on cleaning issues was rude and deducted £50/- for most of the spots which were not done by us and some of the spots were easily removable - Asking us for TV remote on our second stay during our check-in which was very disappointing check-in for us. We tried to cancel the booking of the second stay but as the amount was paid in advance so management refused to refund. - Slow water flow in the basin of the bathroom - Not clear in sending keys...

group. We stayed overnight and eat in the hotel. I have a with my knres & hips and when booking I forgot to ask for a ground floor room! Long story short, reception managed to sort me one out. They didn't have to. As a group, we were looked after from the beginning to the end of our stay. The hotel is value for money. "

"Super cute and quaint place to stay near Highclere Castle. I am quite picky about where I stay and had reservations about this place before we arrived. They exceeded my expectations. Adorable room, very clean, and the included breakfast was wonderful. We were a 3 minute drive to our destination. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the restaurant/pub the day before. The staff were so friendly cheerful, and fun. I brought my teenage
