"Terrible service, non working lights, elevator was not working. Room had a non functional TV, bathroom had roaches and no towels. Front desk woman did not want to be there and was extremely rude, she handed me old worn out towels after I requested them. Refused to move me to another room. She didn’t care a single bit about my health condition. Terrible absolutely unpleasant from start to finish. "
"For the price I expected something considerably better. The check-in manager was great and housekeeping has done their best with what they have, but the facility is older and run down. I’m glad they accept pets, but when I arrived, a young man was hanging around out front shirtless with his dog and motorcycles were coming and going. There’s an upper level that faces the back of the building with an open walkway like a deck. Lord knows what goes on up there after hours. I didn’t feel safe...

"The ONLY issue that I discovered was the trash can. Housekeeping said there should have been 2 and we looked everywhere, but only found one. I told housekeeping and she asked what room I was in. I told her 274. I guess it slipped her mind, because when we got back that night, it hadn’t been changed. We were in town for Inkcarceration. We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Monday.
