"The staff were wonderful. The room was ok. the bathroom had hair balls on the floor. The vent in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. Shower curtain had mildew on it. And there is nowhere to even hang a towel when you got out of the shower. The bed was very comfortable. The rest of the room was clean"

"This property is run down, and dirty. Trash around the entry, weeds in the landscape beds, elevator is beat up, carpets in hall have not been vacuumed, hall wall paper pealing off. Someone had “drawn” on the window in my room male genitalia. Front desk staff was just going thru the motions- not welcoming. This place is a mess!!! "

"So bad that we were only there for 30 mins and didn’t stay the night. There was a line at the check-in desk so we stood there for almost 30mins to actually get checked in. All guests 18+ need to provide their id at check-in which I wasn’t aware about. Then when we received our key cards we went to our room. The room was not like the photos and reviews at all. The pillows were flat, the sheets had stains, there was dust on every surface, and the cleaning cart was parked right in front of our door when we arrived. We let the staff know that the room did not meet our expectations and they just canceled our reservation and let me know that it was non-refundable."
