"Arrived at 230pm was told check in was 3 I was ok with that came back around 5:45 still can't check in. My husband who is in a wheelchair chair and I was told to sit in the lobby and that our room would be ready in 15 minutes. We were not given a room until 8pm Next morning I ask if we could have a late check out. I was told no and the front desk personnel was very aggressive and mean as of I was asking her for a million dollars. I stayed at this location before and didn't have an issue but this day in question was horrible. I was told by management I would get a free hotel stay at any of there locations, never did. "

"Place was dirty. Unkept. Under maintained. The pics on the site and on the app are not the real pics of the hotel! "

"The neighborhood was terrifying, felt like i was about to get mugged or my room broken into. The woman at the front desk kept complaining about homeless and politics."

"The room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. Loved how close to the airport it is. And the shuttle was good. "

"We had to move from our first room because there was hair EVERYWHERE and the pull out couch was dirty with crumbs, trash and hair. Both beds had hair in them and my daughters and I were just disgusted. They moved us to another room and the bathroom floor had a large crack and the sink wouldn’t drain. The pool also had small bugs in it. Very poor experience!"

"Disappointed that I had to pay and extra fee, $17 to check in 1 hr earlier than the 4pm time. Understand policy, but unecessary charge as 1 hr does not really constitute an early check in."

"Breakfast selection was limited, but standard compared to most. Hot tub didn't work at first but maintenance came out and got it working within a reasonably amount of time"
