"Clean, welcoming, and excellent customer service. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Beach and beach rentals are right out the door. The only thing I did not like was not getting a price adjustment when I abandoned my rental because of heavy rain 15 minutes after I rented it. "

"The property was beautiful and the 2 restaurants on site are great. The service at the restaurants and at the bar was excellent. Our room had a beautiful view. I am very picky about hotels so I have a few comments…the coffee machine in the room is for espresso only. There was no American coffee, cream or sugar. The Sandbar had some flooding due to the rain. I tried to extend the checkout an hour or two because I wasn’t feeling well, but the hotel could not accommodate that. The beach is not part of the hotel. You can’t take drinks out there. I would still recommend the hotel. You can walk to the Pier which is nice."
