"Only good thing to say about this hotel is friendly staff and it’s conveniently located to the San Diego cruise terminal. We checked in, headed up to the room, balcony door was wide open, pillows on the chair beside the bed without pillow cases, bathroom full of soap residue and hair from previous guests. We called downstairs to have them address the state of our room, they sent a friendly worker up with pillow cases, she kindly put them on and left. We didn’t hear anything else the rest of our short stay. If you can, avoid the property, but if you must, at least the team is nice and it’s conveniently located. "

"We enjoyed our stay in the extra large rooms, the accomodatong staff and the rustic look.it was right in the middle of the famous lamplight district which was nice. The valet parking was expensive but the valet himself was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The stay was great! Staff was great, the rooftop bar was closed even after I made a reservation and got confirmation text which was a disappointment but the girl at the desk made a recommendation to the Nobel rooftop which was fantastic. Breakfast was also GREAT, we ate there twice. "
