"Very friendly staff! Room was cleaned everyday. Only complaint was trucks parked out side front door. Was hard to get in and out with luggage."

"Pool is open till late so that a good perk about the hotel"

"Had an issue with housekeeping a little. We just disnt get our room cleaned or refreshed as much as possible....other than that great place"

"There was a cockroach in my bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful overall 7/10"

"Very nice property!"

"The hotel is old. No other way to really put it. I believe they are renovating currently"

"Friendly"

"I understand how they have a 9.0 rating. This is a smelly dirty place with no water pressure."

"When we arrived we noticed no vehicles in the parking lot. There was a note on the front door stating the hotel had a fire back on May 2nd. Noone from Expedia nor the hotel contacted us to notify us the hotel was closed. I will be filing a challenge with my credit card company for a full refund. I was forced to scramble for a place to stay. Expedia you are horrible. Never again. You will hear from me again. "

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast, it was really good. I didn't like that the pool area could be accessed by anyone outside the building. Access through the gate didn't require a key. The bottom of the Jacuzzi needed to be resurfaced as it had areas peeled off. Although the front desk staff helped me, I felt like I was an interruption."
