"I have booked thru Expedia. Once we arrived at the Hotel, we have been told that we are not going to have 3 adults in one room, since this is against the policy. I have not clue what is the policy and can care less. That should be discussed with Expedia and not the customer, that has nothing to do with that."
"The stay was great except for their shower. The bottoms of the Premier Inn showers are very slippery. This one in particular had the soap running through the middle of the shower which made it worse. I fell and hit my head and lower back. It could have been disastrous but I didn't break anything. However, I was sore for quite awhile and had headaches. There is a nonslip portion but not in the entire bottom. Something should be done to rectify this before someone really gets hurt. See the...
