"Über uns: Wir waren zu zweit (Erwachsene), für 4 Nächte, in der Ferienwohnung.Lage: Sehr ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Anwesen am Fahrbahnbrand. Ca. 250 m bis zur Bäckerei.Sauberkeit: Insgesamt sehr sauber. Bad, Duschkabine, Toilette top top. Keine Geruchs- oder gar Schimmelprobleme.Ausstattung: Vollständig ausgestattete Einbauküche. Möbel und Geräte in gutem Zustand. Schlafmöglichkeiten für weitere 2 Personen. Insektenschutz an Fenstern und Terrassentür. TV. WLAN schnell und zuverlässig.Komfort: Wohnung ebenerdig. Raumgrößen angemessen und ausreichend. Betten bequem. Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Ausgesprochen ruhig. Nachbarn oder Hausmitbewohner akustisch nicht wahrzunehmen.Gastgeber/Service: Ausgesprochen freundlich und kommunikativ. Ständig erreichbar. Gaben Tipps für Ausflüge, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Gastronomie. Reichten selbstgemachten Kuchen. Check-out und Check-in reibungslos.Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis: Wohnung entsprach vollkommen den Fotos sowie der Beschreibung. Angesichts der vorgefundenen und oben beschriebenen Kriterien, ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Keine versteckten Kosten.Fazit: Keine Beanstandungen.Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Wohnung und hatten ausgesprochen nette Gastgeber. Fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal. Wer eine preiswerte und dennoch sehr gute Unterkunft im Fränkischen Seenland sucht, dem ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen."
