Best staying in Nurenberg. It was a bit far from the castle, but i can say very cozy and spacy in the room! Nice experience!

The hotel was welcoming, with attentive reception staff, room was clean and tidy, some room have air conditioning, I was on the 3rd floor and they don’t so a little warm. Good breakfast. Overall a good hotel.

Wie kommt eine bisherige Bewertung von 8,8 Sternen zustande? Grauenhafter Teppichboden, schlechte Matratzen, weder Kühlschrank noch Safe auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück schlecht, keine gute Auswahl und jeden Morgen Kampf um einen Tisch. Die Mitarbeiter sind überfordert und weisen die Tische doppelt zu und man steht dann blöd da. Ab 8.15 Uhr werden die Tische schon für die Tagungen eingedeckt und fallen für das Frühstück weg, was dauernd Ärger mit den Gästen gibt, weil es nicht erklärt und verstanden wird. Ein ganz schlechter Start in den Tag, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Hier besteht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf. Novina - mit Sicherheit nie wieder!!!
