At the top of the stairs before you enter the unit is a sitting area with a view of the 7-mile beach, the water, and the island across.

Prices are usually quoted in USD but we've noticied that once you book, the price is converted to CAD and therefore looks MORE EXPENSIVE - I'm working on this with VRBO to correct it, as this is just an error and the price does not change, I think it's just shocking to see the conversion for most people.

Once you enter the studio apartment, there is a small balcony to your right, and the kitchen is on your left. The fully renovated bathroom is just beyond the kitchen, and so is the other beautiful balcony that seals off the room.
The living area has a futon bed and a queen bed with a cedar frame.

The bathroom has been retiled and fitted with all-new fixtures.

This unit is renovated and regularly updated.
We have replaced the cabinets and old hot water heater. There is now an electric water heater, and that hot water heater was replaced and upgraded in January 2025.

We are constantly updating and upgrading this unit!

The water in Jamaica is hard, we have a water softener for the kitchen sink water and a filtering shower head. Both are maintained and changed regularly.

Two Beaches:
One is a 2-minute walk, with shallow water and a great sandy area for castle building and deep water out by the rope. With blue beach chairs and nearby outdoor showers for rinsing. Directly across from the Boobycay Island.

The second is an 18+ beach, with blue lawn chairs and a fence, on the west side of the property, neighboring the Infamous Hedo nude beach.

This studio apartment is located on the third floor of the central area of Point Village.

This is an excellent place for travelers seeking relaxation and intimacy with the island and their company. You'll love having the option to purchase day passes at nearby resorts without the full commitment to the indulgence that all-inclusive is for. For an enjoyable day out, there are always taxis nearby, and we can provide you with local taxi numbers. Take a short taxi ride, or walk to 7 Mile Beach and all its offerings.

You'll hardly need A/C when you open both balconies and let the breeze through. The air conditioner is often serviced and cools the rooms in a reasonable amount of time, and is near the bed. It may seem small, but the room truly cools down quickly.
