"Wonderful hotel operated by a very nice family. They were so welcoming and great with our young son. They prepare excellent food for dinner, and they were always willing to offer advice on where to go during the day, etc. The rooms were also cosy and in great condition and there were lots of amenities for a family (playroom, pool, etc). "Hotel worker Anthony is super nice and kind, always helping. Hotel is in good location near cable car. The manager of the hotel came to our room at 8 pm to change the trash can, didn't apologize, nothing. We freaked out. Also, we were told that we could charge our Tesla all night, the hotel manager was ripping out the car's charging cable in the morning. That wasn’t nice. There is several cameras in the car, we have video and pictures. "
