Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub – hier stimmt einfach alles! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich herzliche, aufmerksame und professionelle Team. Großes Lob an das internationale Restaurantpersonal: hervorragendes Deutsch & Italienisch und Service auf aller höchstem Niveau! Unsere neue, großzügige Holz-Suite war wunderschön, sehr sauber, mit bequemen Betten, großem Bad, Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher, Balkon & mit herrlichem Bergblick. Auch das Housekeeping: extrem sauber, freundlich und tadellos. Der schöne Spa bietet Innen-/Außenpool, Naturteich, Whirlpool, 4 Saunen und viele gemütliche Relaxplätze. RIESIGES Plus: Nasse Saunatücher können jederzeit selbstständig gegen frische getauscht werden! Leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr, selbst in teuren Wellnesshotels. Für uns echter Komfort! Danke! Das Essen (HP) war hervorragend: großes Vorspeisenbuffet, kreative Menüs & tolles Frühstück mit Live-Cooking. Dazu ausgesprochen faire Getränke- und Wellnesspreise – hier genießt man gerne noch ein zweites Glas Prosecco! Grander-Wasser, gratis Parkplatz auf der Rückseite des Hauses & gratis Yoga- u. Strechingangebote und Bergtouren runden den Wohlfühlfaktor im SUN perfekt ab. Traumhafte Lage zwischen Apfelplantagen und Bergen, gepflegte Gartenanlage und Gästekarte inkl. Bus & Plose-Bergbahn. Herzlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Genuss und faire Preise: Wir haben uns außergewöhnlich wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche Urlaub in Südtirol und haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Mitarbeiter – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr überzeugt: lecker, reichhaltig und mit einer großen Auswahl, sodass wirklich für jeden etwas dabei war. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend – eine tolle Gegend mit guter Anbindung und vielen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Erholung. Besonders schön fanden wir die persönliche Atmosphäre eines inhabergeführten Hotels. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Das Hotel bietet ein top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf einem guten Standard. Die Küche ist sehr kreativ und handwerklich super! Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schade, dass wir nur auf der Durchreise waren.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

Das Hotel ist richtig schön und ruhig gelegen, vor allem mit der großen Pool-- und Badeteichanlage. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Es fehlt nichts. Das Abendessen ist sehr gut. Die Gerichte sind kunstvoll angerichtet. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Fantastisch hotel, mooie kamer, heerlijk eten en een lekker zwembad. Wel is het een bestaand familiehotel dat omgetoverd is tot lifestyle hotel en de nieuwe uitstraling is niet overal doorgevoerd. Zo is het een schitterende lobby met volledig nieuwe uitstraling, maar is het restaurant nog niet in deze nieuwe stijl getransformeerd. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi gestyled, de badkamers missen dan net weer even de wow-factor.

Punti rewards sfumati nel nulla

Avevo prenotato pagando in anticipo sul sito hotels.com e avevo deciso di sfruttare una delle mie notti gratis ottenute col programma rewards. In hotel invece mi hanno detto che avevano rifiutato il pagamento perchè hanno deciso di non prendere più il pagamento in anticipo... Morale: la mia notte gratis è stata impegnata ma non sfruttata e alla fine ho pagato di più di quanto previsto in fase di prenotazione: 204 € invece di 164 €. I proprietari dell'hotel non hanno mostrato la benché minima intenzione di capire il problema e hanno mantenuto la loro linea senza alcuna possibilità di dialogo. La cosa peggiore è che questi signori non sapevano neanche cosa fosse il programma rewards! Detto questo, passiamo all'hotel: cucina buona, ma atmosfera della cena non da 4 stelle, con formaggiera sul tavolo per intenderci. Hotel bello e curato, ma impersonale e servizio decisamente non adeguato.

Großartiges Hotel !

Ein ganz großartiger Aufenthalt und ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel! Im April 2018 neu fertig geworden. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super Wellness, Sauna und Poolbereich. Die Chefin an der Rezeption und das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Ich bin noch immer ganz begeistert und werde definitiv wiederkommen.
