With tasteful decor, nice plantation shutters on windows and all the amenities needed for a picturesque beach vacation, you will easily fall in love with this condo. Upon entering, you will find the guest bedroom on your left, boasting a welcoming atmosphere and a TV. The guest bedroom leads into the guest bathroom, which features a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Across the hall is the separate bunk area, which includes a TV, ideal for children. Take advantage of a full-size washer/dryer, allowing you to pack light and leave plenty of room for souvenirs. Down the hall, you will find the dining area and living room, leading directly onto the spacious balcony which offers those sought-after views of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-equipped kitchen boasts gorgeous stainless steel appliances along with all utensils and appliances needed to create your own meals for your loved ones while on vacation. had so much trouble with the internet...... couldn't get to work... had the property people come out and somewhat fix it .... I had to watch TV and movies n my phone at night. Ugh! otherwise trip was good. place was well stocked ..... Needed more toilet paper 1 roll per bathroom.... REALLY ?

This property was nice. I loved the view and the balcony. Comfortable accommodations and comfortable bed. Only two downsides would be that the wifi was not the greatest and we had a few issues regarding the cleanliness of the room when we arrived. Overall we enjoyed our time here.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Location was breathtaking, comfortable, great communication, very clean. The only issue I had was the keypad needing 10 digits, but once I got used to it, that wasn't bad either.

We were put in this condo after our previous condo reservation in Orange Beach was canceled 2 weeks before the stay. This condo and location ended up being perfect for what we were wanting. The area is fairly lowkey compared to the other beaches around, but still has enough places to eat nearby, and Fort Walton is only 30 minutes away for other attractions. The condo itself was clean and had all the basic amenities for a week trip. For the price and location, you definitely can’t go wrong with this condo.

Condo was very clean. Comfy beds. Lots of games for everyone. The lock to get in and out was not convenient. 10 digit code to enter. We had to keep the room unlocked the entire time we were gone bc we had trouble getting it to lock/unlock.

The condo it’s self was good needs a few updates. The renovations on the building were very loud inside the condo. Had scaffold ropes in front of balcony.

I will need more characters and an opportunity to load photos/videos. But between the security guard who met everyone with contempt due to his background in corrections and the cockroach infested kitchen, we will not be back. Such a shame for such a beautiful place. While the discount due to construction was a perk, it was not worth the security guard issues nor the cockroach infested room. We were all grossed out and ready to leave. We will try somewhere else in hopes of actually enjoying “Florida’s most relaxing place”. Navarre Beach was stunning and beautiful, just not here.

Arrived to a parking lot that you could swim or boat in due to the flooding We walked up to find that there was only one elevator in operation and took forever due to a holiday weekend. Once inside, the unit was not very clean and seemed musty. The toilet paper holder was broken off and the toilet paper was shoved on the broken piece. When we took a shower, one bathroom will not get hot and both shower faucets spray out water like a high pressure car wash at the faucet and barely comes out of the shower head, I did see that on another review and it is still not fixed. The following day, we found out that the water was scheduled to be shut off for 2 hours on the day we had to attend the wedding, bad part was, it was shut off an hour early so we had to be embarrassed and ask that all 6 of us shower and get ready at the wedding venue. Once we made it back to the unit, every faucet had nasty black stuff soming out for several minutes. We drove down to attend a wedding and had to jump through hoops to get prepared. The parking lot did drain overnight, but another small rain and our car that sits low to the ground was sitting in water again. To top it off, the water was shut off again without notice the next day for about 6 hours. The view was great, but for the price and experience, we were very disappointed. Also, beware of the pool police, you will be treated like a criminal if you do not have a wrist band on, even if you are polite and acknowledge you will get it and wear it for just walking back from the beach.
