"A truly underrated hotel! The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing! The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing. If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price. "A slightly quirky hotel, but top notch all the same. Breakfast is served in your room on a "hostess trolley", and arrived spot on the time I asked for it. Hotel is on fifth floor but has a lift, however just be aware some rooms are up another floor, via a narrow staircase. I was expecting a small pokey room, but instead it was a tardis with huge space, spotlessly clean (and serviced each day, no questions asked), clean comfy bed, excellent en suite shower/toilet room, good shutters on windows...
