"A 15 minutes à pied de la gare pour les Cinq Terres, un supermarché correct à proximité, un parking privé ... l'emplacement est donc très correct même si légèrement écarté du centre vivant de La Spezzia.L'hôte qui habite au dessus est charmante, chaleureuse avec de très bons conseils.Le logement en lui-même est un peu "daté" et mériterait un micro-ondes par exemple mais il n'en demeure pas moins très agréable pour une famille de 5 personnes comme nous.Nous pensons que le rapport qualité/prix est perfectible mais le séjour a été quand même très agréable."

"The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages"

"Everything was clear and concise. Just an overnight quick stay. Very nice room and the air conditioning worked well for the price! :) Not so great was that there was not a place to park on site. Had to find a parking spot a couple of blocks away."

"This stay was everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and considerate. My only advice to travelers is to consider taking a taxi to get there, as the walk from the train station (and vice versa) is about a half hour, mostly uphill."
