The main issue is that the lift is very slow and small, trying to get out in the morning could take a while, we used the steps, but that wouldn't work for everyone, especially as we were on the 6th floor. Overall, a good stay in a good location."

"If you order a deluxe room, you are sent to another building that is not connected to a hotel. The deluxe rooms are in some office building/apartments where a floor has been turned to hotel units. If you need anything after a certain time, you have to get support from a sister hotel nearby. Hotel breakfast was good and service was good at the hotel breakfast. Julio made our mornings great. The staff at the sister hotel was also nice."
