"Very disappointed on the shuttle bus service which is AWFUL!! Airport pickup: the bus driver was so rude and threw the luggages onto the bus. Airport drop-off: the bus driver disappeared at the last minute. We had already left a reservation for the shuttle service during lunch for mid-night drop-off to make sure we could arrive at the airport on time. However we still need to call Uber instead. When I were back home, I called and the customer service answered me that there were no guarantee for the shuttle bus!! Think twice If the shuttle service is your reason to choose Wingate by Wyndham Downtown Ship Creek!! "

"Was clean. Staff ok. No thermostat in room. Open window to cool. Note on wall to tell you this. Then you hear traffic. Coffee not working. Sink clogged. If all you need is a place to sleep this is it. "

"Really fantastic location that is walkable to everything you need and very affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is no airport shuttle but it only takes about 15 minutes to get there via ride share. Buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day with a ton of variety and options. Rooms were very warm in the winter and often needed the circular fan that was included. "

"The location of the condo right in downtown was wonderful. It was easy walking to all major locations in the city (we were here for Fur Rondy). The condo was newly renovated and in immaculate condition. The layout was great, the bed was comfortable (although an extra blanket would be useful, as we did not find a way to adjust the heat) and plenty of coffee was provided. The condo is in an older building so the walls are thin and everyday noise from other residents could be heard at times, as would be expected. This room faces the wall of an adjacent building but there was plenty of light in the morning, and the avantage of privacy. I had a minor isye when trying to unlock the door to the condo (my misunderstanding of the instructions), and the property managers were extremely responsive and helped immediately. "
