"While visiting DC, this place had everything we needed. Beds for my family of 5, kitchen for cooking meals, washer/dryer, close to public transportation, and an attentive host who answered questions promptly. Would stay again! My kids lovingly referred to it as “the basement” all week!"

"First time trip to DC- location was great for access to metro as that is completely what we used for our transportation And it was maybe 1 block from Safeway grocery and various restaurants which was awesomesuggested improvement- better stocked kitchen- could use more plates, bowls, silverware, serving /mixing bowls, salad tongs , serving utensils "

"The communication is top tier and the host was attentive to my questions from the start to the very end. The location was perfectly central to U street and the festival grounds with plenty of street parking. Conveniently located to stores and shops. The beds were comfortable and the balconies added a nice touch to the area as we would sit and enjoy the view and weather from the back porch. Safe and quiet area with friendly and welcoming neighbors "

"We had such a great time! Adams Morgan is a super fun neighborhood with tons of great food and things to do. The house is easy walking distance to everything in the neighborhood and an easy commute to the DC tourist stuff.The house itself was just off the main street, on a quieter street. It had plenty of space and was clean and well stocked. We had an amazing time. I will definitely lok for this place again next time we come to DC. Would definitely recommend!!"

"Eclectic property and great location. Excellent communications with host, who was super-responsive to a logistical challenge at the beginning of the stay. We enjoyed the design and homey feel of the place. It is not new or super modern, yet has charm and taste. Would stay again."

"The host was awesome with communication and cleared up any issues quickly and in a friendly manner. The beds were comfortable and location great-quick drive into DC and close to shops and metro. It was a new listing and while the host was still ironing out some kinks it was a fabulous spot to have a great trip and have no doubt it will be a great experience for all who stay there. "

"This property was convenient to the bus and a short walk to the metro. The home was full of character and the owner is engaged and responsive. We loved our time there!!"

"Convenient to coffee, food, and Metro to get around DC. Close enough to walk to Mall attractions.Could have used a coffee machine or hot water machine for personal drinks. Front door needs a better seal. Though small, I recommend staying here."
