"The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and a dryer. There is a black university campus nearby, and it is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions."

"We found this apartment to be convenient and comfortable. It’s a nice part of Dupont Circle and there was plenty of room for our family of four. The second bedroom has a single bed with a trundle. The company was very easy to work with.. "

"Wonderful areas with lots of amazing restaurants nearby and close to the action in DC. Perfect for my short business stay. "

"Really nice redone brownstone type house, perfect for our family. Couple of things to note, the wood floors on the second floor make it impossible for any sneaking around. Bathrooms were really nice and showers comfortable. There are restaurants close by and a Trader Joe’s walking distance but bring a backpack or two. We would stay here again. "

It has a coveted parking space (rare for the area), and is walking distance from bars, restaurants, and parks. The property manager is also terrific."
