This property was beautiful and had tons to do for your family. They are doing some maintenance and or upgrades to the Coral Towers which is great but caused us to not have consistent hot water for showers. Everything else overall was wonderful. The kids loved all the water slides and pools.

The most rude staff we have ever encountered. The big turn off was that the whole resort has Automatically charged tip for everything and then the servers were obviously disappointed when no additional tip was given, really?!? We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and nothing was offered by the resort even though we did mention the birthdate to staff. It’s seemed like a custom at every other resort we have been over the years that from at least a nice happy birthday sign was put on our room to even a free Champaign. Not here. I don’t think we will be back not because of the price or birthday but the rudeness of the staff. We will try the competition definitely and hope it’s a better culture there. Good luck.
