"Easy drive up and walk to beach or downtown restaurants. This house had everything we asked for plus. I have to say that our age range was 68-81 and the front steps were a bit of a challenge, there are no grab bars in the bathroom and the toilet is very low to the ground for older folks. We didn't think we needed "disabled" access but some easy access would have helped. We hope to stay here again."

"Nicely-maintained older property in a quiet neighborhood. Owners live next door, but allowed us our privacy. Easy drive (or slightly challenging walk) to the beach. Excellent coffeehouse/bakery, The Nest, within walking distance."

"This is a good spot for spending beach vacation and chill time. The house layout if good. We stayed here with our friends (4 adults, a toddler, and a dog). Everything worked out well and. we had a great stay. The house is in a very calming and tucked away from all the hustle bustle. Path to the beach is 2 blocks away. The host sent us all the required info on time and in detail. Internet was fast. I would recommend this host."

"The couches in the front room were not clean. There were stains on the cloth couch, and we had to wipe down the faux leather couch with wipes. Also, the comforter in one of the bedrooms was also dirty. It was a very nice place, however, and if the rooms were cleaner, it would be a great place to stay."

"We absolutely loved it. It was so spacious for our family of 6. The weather was awful but we didn’t even mind because we were stuck inside a beautiful, cozy home. The hot tub was clean and the perfect way to start our day every morning. The Vacasa agents were incredibly helpful and responsive every time we had a question. We will absolutely be back."

"This was our second stay at the Amazing View house and we are sure to do another. The house is great for our family. With the open floor plan it is easy to engage with each other. We loved having the golf course right in the backyard and the ocean and beach just yards away in the front yard. The house had all the amenities we could want with the exception of maybe a fire pit for the cool evenings. The host is great and easy to communicate with. We look forward to returning again."

"Our group had a great time staying at this property! They loved the hot tub (some of us wished we had remembered our swim suits) and it was a comfortable walk to the beach. Location was great as it was the north end of Seaside, but far enough north that driving to Gearheart was a short trip! Very relaxing and the girls loved sharing a room where they could watch tv together!"

"Had lots of fun, the beaches here are better than long beach (less crowded) very cute and tidy dwelling. Definitely need to check out jacks country store while in town. Only complaint is that there were a lot of air fresheners in the house and it was a bit much."

"Clean, not too far from the beach, easy to get downtown, and even had a 50 outlet in the garage for anyone who needs to charge and EV. Would highly recommend!"

"What a perfect stay for us. The price point was great for us and for how close you are to the beach, you can't go wrong. The home and furnishings are a little dated, but I like to call that "character." It kept us cozy throughout the many nights we rested there and had all the amenities we could have thought of. "We had a great time! The property was great, loved the hot tub and big master bath. We enjoyed cooking meals and having access to a washer/dryer with our little one. There was a lot of space, our dog loved the backyard as well! It was nice and close to the beach, only a short drive into town! My only complaint would be the beds, they need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable and sinking in, in spots. Overall very good experience!"
