You have ocean views from three bedrooms, plus the following updates; remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. New Queen mattresses and pillows for a great night sleep! The house is located on the North side if Seaside at 235 12th Ave.

This home offers wireless internet access, two large living rooms and great off street parking for up to four cars. There is also a nice back yard and deck to enjoy with a gas grill! Located one half block from the beach so walks along the Promenade are a must! Just keep in mind that this home is three stories tall so there are a lot of stairs to consider.

One living room is complete with a gas fireplace and great ocean views. The second living room has a TV and 2 couches. There are six bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The seventh bedroom has one queen and two twin beds. The bedroom on the third floor has its own private bath. There is also a private reading area on the third floor. Great for families.

Sorry, no pets allowed. Please leave your pets at home. If you bring a pet you’ll be charged the damage deposit plus any other expenses. The house is located in a residential area. Good Neighbor rules apply which include limited noise and NO noise after 9:00 pm. If a noise complaint occurs and the issue is not corrected, you will be asked to leave. Renters are responsible for their personal property.
