"Love this place. It is very clean and modern yet still very Japanese. The staff is friendly and helpful and there are restaurants on the premise if you don't want to go out. The only downside is the infrequency of the commuter rail, but that's out of the hotel's control. Just FYI"

"This is my second time staying at Forza Kyoto. Loved the location, it is located on the main shopping street. They now do self check-in, which was a little weird because there were available staff, so I thought service could be a little better. Not all rooms have a separate shower and bath area."

"Great all around hotel at an even better price. Had a poor stay at another hotel before EN Hotel Kyoto and it's safe to say that it saved the trip. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good amenities and decent location. Only things is change are putting an outlet in the bathroom and making the bathroom itself a bit bigger. Other than that, I think you’d have a hard time finding a better bang for your buck. "

"Kyoto station was close by. Family mart less than 5 minutes away. Staff friendly and spoke good English. The public bath was a plus. Will definitely stay here again if given the chance"
