"It eas a lovely hotel. The room clean and comfy. Very central and in a very pretty area with shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful."

"Good all round hotel. Clean modern and well equipped rooms. Good is okay and the staff are helpful. The only complaint would be the beds. The mattresses are very firm and low quality."

"Room was clean but clearly the hotel allows dogs to stay which we always find disappointing. The breakfast was great. The evening food was very good. Staff were all friendly and polite. Enjoyed staying here with our kids and would stay again. Price was reasonable."

"Nice staff, good sized room. The view of Bangor is spoilt by the piles of rubbish at the back of the hotel and I had an issue with the cold tap producing hot water which I didn't realise til I took a big sip :/"
