"Great hotel in a great location. So many things to see that were within walking distance or a short subway ride. Free drink for happy hour was a nice touch and the self serve laundry worked out perfectly for us timing wise. Breakfast buffet is good and reasonably priced. Room was sound proof. We were across from the elevator and overlooked a busy street and heard nothing."

The washer/dryer is amazing. The hotel provides free toiletry and laundry detergent. Very quiet at night. Has filtered water station for guests and very helpful and knowledgeable staff."

"This place is huge and felt very overwhelming. The breakfast wasn’t cleverly good. I would stick to 7 eleven and it took forever to get up or down sometimes as the place was so big! The onsen was nice and the location was ok. "

"Clean room and everything was good except for the air conditioning system which is very noisy. It was the second time we stayed in Grids. Staff is somewhat helpful with the help of Google translation because we had undesirable experience on our first night, the room was very noisy and we couldn’t sleep till the whole night. "The room was clean and was big enough for our 4 luggages. It had a small sofa, a coffee table, and a vanity makeup table. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast includes many types of buns as well as 2 kinds of cereal. After 2 days, we decided to have breakfast outside for more protein. The hotel is very close to train station and restaurants. The staff were very nice. The room rate was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. "
