"Absolutely beautiful hotel. We were luckily upgraded to a suite which had a lovely balcony overlooking the breathtaking gardens and private beach. Blankets were provided. Huge, comfortable double bed. Lovely toiletries. Had and excellent evening meal and breakfast. Friendly staff. Partner had a massage in the spa which added to his relaxing experience. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"Nice location in beautiful St Ives. Close to station, Porthminster Beach and a bustling harbour with lovely shops and restaurants. Very nice staff. Large, Comfortable room overlooking sea. Due to hotel only having a couple of parking spaces, the nearest car park was down a steep hill with lots of steps which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, an enjoyable stay. "

"We stayed here for a couple of nights. The location is great especially if you like walking as you can walk to Penzance or Marazion aling the flat walkway overlooking the sea. The hotel has a public bar frequented by locals and is very friendly. Our room was very clean and had tea, coffee, biscuits and a bottle of water each provided. Please note however we weren't provided with shampoo or shower gel but liquid hand soap was provided. The breakfast was made to order and was excellent. The owner, Doreen, is very friendly and helpful. The establishment is dated but very clean. We definitely would recommend staying here especially for a few nights."

"Very very nice and big room for the 4 of us, clean and tidy. Could have used a little more maintenance though. Impressive, very impressive location. Pricey but in line with the area. Staff was very welcoming and professional. Particular credit to the the restaurant service: amazing quality for price, served with excellent professionality. Congratulations."

"Fabulous hotel and views of the sea in Penzance had a restful nights sleep was given a quiet room and the breakfast was very good lots of Vegan choices. Wonderful stay will definitely highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you."
