"Great. Big rooms and clean"

"Lovely stay; very clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have been a little better... we had to knock on the door to the kitchen area to alert them that many of the dishes had run out and that the apple juice was dispensing only water. When we peered inside, all the kitchen staff were just standing around chatting. This was at 8:00am when the breakfast closed at 9:00. Oopsie."

"My room was very nice and surprisingly roomy. The housekeeper was exceptional. She went over and above to meet our every need. We slept in and left the room late morning and she was wonderful about cleaning when it was convenient for us and she did an exceptional job. Check in was easy and staff were all friendly."

"Our stay was great. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Friendly. Only problem i had was when we arrived and was told it was 100 cash deposit. Did not see anything on the booking about this. After working in the heat all day was a bit upset to have to go drive somewhere to withdraw rhe cash to check in. Great otherwise."

"Although they sent an email AFTER I booked the hotel that they were renovating, they assured me it wouldn't affect my stay. It would have been nice if they ALSO said that the front entrance would be closed. Instead I had to drag my luggage all the way to the front door, only to find a small sign that said: use other entrance. Okay, WHAT other entrance? (No arrows telling me). I eventually found it, but did not enjoy dragging my luggage that far! I could have parked closer had I known!"
