"Candeo is nice and close to Dotonburi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was good and had all necessities. It is very convenient with self-laundry service, vending machines, and the onsen all on then top floor!"

"Excelente hotel. Queda exactamente al frente del parque Universal. Para poder llegar allí súper accesible ya que hay un tren que pasa por el mismo frente. Lugares de comer cerca. La hospitalidad de los empleados es increíble. Al llegar huele rico. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Hotel grande al igual que la habitación. Lo súper recomiendo. Mi pareja y yo viajamos desde Puerto Rico a Japón y realmente nos llevamos tremenda experiencia enriquecedora. Me volvería a quedar más noches este hotel. "

"I stayed for 2 nights with my daughter in a Standard Sofa Twin Room. Very spacious and clean. All amenities are kept in wonderful condition. The shower is one of the highlight, shampoo, conditioner and body soap are from mikimoto, very high quality. The bed is soft but not too soft. I slept soo well! The best part is the service. All the staff that I encountered are courteous and helpful. Location is also unbeatable. Right across the Namba station. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. "
