"Super Lage, super angenehme Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal, super Kaffee, super Zimmer."

"Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und es weiter empfehlen. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es stehen Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung. Wir haben sogar einen Shuttle zum Bahnhof bekommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt."

"Fantastic location! Decent room. Decent breakfast buffet."

"Great location, it was unfortunate we stayed while they were renovating. The room was not that clean, sheets, mini fridge, etc…"

"Very nice hotel, it is well located and you can find everything in the hotel !"

"We were impressed of the location of the hotel closer to the train station and close to other shops beautiful hotel, beautiful environment. We loved it."

"This is my third stay in this hotel. When I check in, I was assigned a smaller room than the last two stays. Went to the reception, and the concierge Yoshimi intervene and arrange a better room ( same size as last two stays). Feel satisfied. The hotel is right above the Namba OCAT terminal, extremely easy to find, and the Namba Walk is about 200 feet away, with lots of eatery and shops, also close to shinsaibashi (another shopping street)"

"No grooming supplies in bathroom"

"Close to my activities"

"Très bon petit déjeuner , très varié. Personnel serviable. Le Onsen fait la différence."

"Location location location."

"Shops near by"

"Absolutely amazing experience!!!"

"Great experience with this hotel. But make sure you indicate which room you want when you book. We got a small room when I remember booking for a bigger room. Will try another hotel next time."
