"Very spacious living space, wonder couch that everyone could fit around, nice that it had two separate rooms. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Wonderful stay."

"Great location! Close to amenities and the metro. Very clean property, washer dryer in the unit, handy kitchen and helpful staff. We arrived late but clear instructions were left for us to get into our unit. A definite recommend! The only negative was an extra city tax on top of what we aready paid up, but I suppose we were warned."

"Excellent location, helpful staff and very welcoming, very comfortable room. If I go back to Osaka I’ll stay with them again."

"Great staff and property. Coming from the US, the room was extremely small and I had to adjust. However, all in all the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, staff were warm and welcoming and I enjoyed a slice of Japan, Would definitely come back and stay here."

"Ubicación y vista desde la habitación"

"Great customer service"

"The twin bed room was very nice it was spacious and clean with lots of needed toiletries. The location was convenient to everything (food and shopping, etc.) i do recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was in a great location for access to the subway. Many beautiful things were also accessible by foot"

"Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!"

"Staff were great and most spoke english very well. Bar area was excellent with the addition of a pool table. Rooms were fantastic, clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast coffee was well appreciated. Only downfall was the lack of washer/dryers, there is simply not enough and we found we had to go very late at night then wait for the 2 hour cycle only to have it not dry the clothes properly. But all in all a fabulous stay in a great location close to train stations and Hanshin...

"スタッフもフレンドリー、とても清潔で部屋もシングルにしては広め、寝具も快適、TVでYouTubeや Netflixもみれる。朝ごはんも有料ですがとてもボリューミーでおいしかった。今回は出張で利用しましたが、次回以降もまた是非利用したいです。"

"The location is good. Close enough to metro stations to get around easily and the side streets around the hotel are pretty cool. The hotel itself is good but it didn’t meet the expectations we had going in to it. The room was spacious enough for two people and two large checked bags to go under the bed. The cleanliness was not to our expectations unfortunately. The bathtub handles and walls of the tub could do with some cleaning and the fan over the tub was full of caked dust. The shower head...

"Very fancy hotel. I personally didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast buffet but the lunch buffet was 10/10 — lots of options. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and welcoming hotel. Family mart right downstairs. 10 min walk from the train station that takes you straight to Dotonbori. If staying during mid October there’s a festival and you can see the higher fireworks from Yodogawa River from your hotel room depending on which side you’re on. If not you can catch the view from the 24hr gym...
