"Used this hotel on a recent trip to Sapporo. I booked for the public bath as many other did not have that feature. It was clean and nice to use. This hotel chain has very small rooms. Please take that into consideration when booking. The location is a bit far from Susukino where much of the tourist focused activities are but you can access the subway to get there. If a bath is important to you, I’d go here. If you want more walkable convenience to stores and shops, I would book the hotel in Susukino. "

"Second stay at Keio. Cancelled a different booking to rebook Keio. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room, hotel and amenities were so relaxing and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a missing item I had left in a different room several days before. The only thing I would suggest is that Keio consider providing tattoo cover stickers to enable use of the public bath since there is a no tattoo policy. "

"Typical Japanese business hotel. Simple, small but clean. Hotel also had a sauna to use. Hotel is usually used by Japanese so the self checkin kiosk had difficulty recognizing a foreign last name but the front counter staff was very helpful assisting. The location is next to the subway station, not far from Odori station, and Aeon Mall is also next to it. "
