"The dinner buffet has so many delicious options and such high quality food that you should make it a priority to eat there. The hotel is definitely of the era in which it was built but I think that adds charm. The hotel does provide a free shuttle bus to the sapporo train station. If I come back to sapporo I highly expect to stay there again."

"Room was excellently furnished and it was a real bargain for what we paid for it. The amenities in the room were top notch. The hotel was just across the road from a mall, Sapporo Factory, so meal times were easy to settle. Only issue was the lack of free parking. We had to park around the corner and walk to the hotel. My family really liked the room and the smell of the hotel can only be described as luxurious!"

"Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, centrally located nice hotel. It’s conveniently located near Sapporo Station with lots of walkable dining options, meetup locations for tours, and airport transportation. Special kudos to the staff members who are always helpful. We were going to switch hotels due to change in itinerary, but decided to extend our stay at JR East Mets Hotel instead, which worked out really well."

"Very new and clean hotel. A short walk from Sapporo station so very convenient to transit, shopping, and dining. Onsen was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend. "
