"We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. "I stayed in Trento for one night and decided to go for the junior suite with a mountain view. The suite has a clean, modern design and the view was wonderful. My only reservation about NH Trento is that it is a bit of a walk from the city center - about 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is superb, but if the focus of your stay is wandering the town center, you may find the hotel location a bit inconvenient."

"This place is a total gem. It was a little quiet as out of season and i guess its not so touristy as some areas but if you hire a car you can do so much with this as your base. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. There was lots of snacks drinks and other essential items to purchase in the foyer. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the beds comfortable. The shower was aleays hot. The only thing it was missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a little onsite bar would have been perfect "
