We reported it to the front desk, but they refused to cancel our 4-night stay. We had to find another hotel that night. Expedia only refunded 2 nights, even though we didn’t stay at all. A full refund would have been fair "

"The hotel is on the older side but the rooms are large. We were not in the main building and the temperature in the rooms was cold. I called to ask how to change the temperature and they said the entire building is on the same thermostat. It was definitely too cold. They did send blankets but it would have been nice to have a bit of control with the temperature. "

"We always stay here when we go to Disneyland. They offer breakfast and have a shuttle. The staff is always friendly and parking is easy. The rooms are clean, even though the beds aren't comfortable. They are manageable to use. The only thing I would say is a downside is that it gets a little stuffy. The fan is either too cold or the heater is too hot. There isn't an in-between. Other than that, I'm going to keep coming back."

"The location of the house was great. We were close to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. We had all we needed in the house. Parking was great. The owners were easily accessible if anything was needed. "
