"Breakfast was basic, same thing every day. The hotel is out dated in need of updating. The service was not good as I requested for them to clean my room and I requested new towels, they did neither. I stayed 4 nights and my room never got cleaned and I never received the new towels. I don’t recommend this hotel. "

"First glance, the room looked very clean. Once we settled in, we saw how things were not as clean as it looked. The sheets were awful, there was no fitted sheet. The sheet that was on top of the mattress was ripped. The mattress had yellow stains all over! There were stains on the shower curtain and it was ripped, there was gooey stuff on the headboard and the telephone! We were very disappointed in the condition of the room. The Wyndham corporation would be very disappointed to see that their name is attached to a hotel that keeps their rooms in such poor condition. We will never stay at this hotel again. We will think twice about staying at any hotels that have the Wyndham name associated with them."

"Really easy to book through Expedia. The hotel was the best night's sleep. I'd had in a long time. Fair Field Inn is a great place to stay."

"Initially we got to the hotel and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were moved to a different room and the second room’s thermostat didn’t work. After being moved to a third room, we found that the toilet also wouldn’t flush. The chains that allow the toilet to flush were both broken on both rooms. After trying to just fix it ourselves, we sat down on the bed and found a bed bug. After telling the staff that we just wanted to cancel our reservation, they were very cool with it and just gave us the number to expedias help line for the reimbursement. "

"The house was fabulous! We were able to have a seperate space for the grandparents which allowed for them to have more privacy. The house was very clean and well mantained. The pool and spa added to the enjoyment of the house especially with children. The kitchen was amazing with higher end appliances and even included a full spice cabinet! Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again in the future."
