"Property was clean. Staff was wonderful. We settled in our room and new tv wasn't working. Staff worked on it for 2hrs. He felt horrible, but made accommodations for a different room. AC in new room was a bit musty, however room was very clean. Shower head was like a pressure washer, so keeping the shower curtain in the shower was interesting. Breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool. We will stay again. The staff was hard worked and extremely kind."

"Has a terrible smell, stains on the bed sheets, there is no breakfast buffet there are bagels and coffee, eggs and sausage were in a dirty pan. The pictures of the hotel online are from a long time ago. Hotel needs an upgrade !"

"This property is our go to for our yearly Hershey Park vacation. Everything was wonderful as usual especially Francesco that works there!! He was so friendly and accommodating ❤️ The kids loved the pool and especially the arcade. "
