"There were some issues with the system so it was difficult to check in but the front desk staff was very positive about the situation and kept me comfortable until I could get in my room. "
"The room was dirty, bathrooms had hair all over! The ice machine had what seemed to be moldy. Not to mention someone else was able to control the television turning it on and off all night!"
