"The hotel was very clean. We booked the hotel for the pool. I asked the chat thing what time it opened and it said 630. So since we were coming in late we were going to let the kids swim in the morning. However, the pool doesnt open until 9 am. Which is late for any hotel. We had to be on the road before then, so we had some disappointed kids. Also, when you book it says they will send you a digital key and you dont have to stop at the desk. They didnt send me one and we had to stop at the desk...

"The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. "

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful and nice. The only issue for me was the breakfast was just ok. "

"We had a spill on the floor and when we wiped it up, the cloths were black. That is how dirty the floor was. Sheets and beds were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no coffee pot available in our room."

"Be sure to check some of the walk in showers. When wet, the floor can be incredibly slick. The bathroom door didn't close, nor did the closet door. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and friendly. Overall look to the facility was nice."

"Friendly welcoming staff, super clean, well lit rooms and hallways. I didn’t use pool, exercise equipment, or laundry but all looked well cared for and welcoming. Breakfast was exception, with real food - eg, individual spinach and cheese frittata; oatmeal with wide variety of toppings including blueberry compote, as well all the other usual breakfast foods. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
