"I had surgery at a near by hospital on a Wednesday. We arrived early on a Tuesday for my required pre surgical scans. As we drove 3 hours from home I am not familiar with the area, we thought we might get an early check in time and get to bed early for my 5:30am arrive time at the hospital. But the staff at the front desk wouldn’t allow a minute before the usual check in time of 4:00pm This hotel is pretty impressive from the outside and nice on the inside. The bed and pillows are comfortable....

"Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Breakfast is offered but not to many options. "

"Extreme.noise from a pump on the other side of the wall from our room. Because of that and other noise we couldn’t sleep."

"Everything was very clean and staff were incredible. The pool and hotub were awesome and space was clean and comfortable. The room had a nice refrigerator and microwave. Everything was clean! Breakfast was basic but everything was fresh. The location is 17 minutes from downtown Muskegon, but was an easy drive. Just stayed for 1 night - no complaints."

"Had to change room 3 times within a 2 day stay no manger on call ac didn't work room barley cleaned didn't get blankets til midnight tics crawling on the bed the pool was nice the beds comfy staff decent just alot for a weekend stay .........."

"First few rooms were unacceptable and had my daughter with me and there were some type of roach looking varmint types of bugs in the few rooms as well. The breakfast there compared to other baymonts very sad.. recommend if you need a cheap place to stay and dont mind visitors."
