"I am not one to post reviews often but was disappointed with our stay at Hotel Nest. I was in town for a bridal expo with my fiance and I wish this weekend wasn't tainted by our experience. We booked a flight plus hotel bundle through Expedia for two people from Florida to Puerto Rico. My aunt (who speaks Spanish and was translating for us at the expo traveled from the west coast of the island -- 2 hours) to help with our planning. "One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. "

"I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. "The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. Great/cute mini fridge that is bigger than most. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely...

"The room and pool were small and the “view” was of the street. The pool you could sit in but not really swim. It had a working elevator! And parking! Parking was minimal but we were able to park with no issue. The rooftop deck was really nice - but again the view was of the city not the water."
